Please note this is a rain or shine event.  If you select an outdoor booth, please ensure you come prepared for any and all weather conditions as we will be unable to move you inside as the inside spots may be sold out.  There will be NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS for vendor booth spots.  If you are unable to make it to the event for any reason you are not permitted to receive a refund or transfer your booth to another business/company.  Only the business/company on the registration form is permitted on the premises for your booth section. No 2 companies can share the same booth.  We can allow for 2 booths to be purchased an set up side-by-side.  Only one company per booth space.  Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property with no refunds provided.  Please ensure you bring weights or tie-downs for any tents to ensure no damages to other property due to fly-away tents in the event of high-winds.  OUTDOOR booths do not have access to any power supply, please bring your own generator if it is needed.  Indoor booths will have access to power outlets on a first come first served basis and depending on the location in the indoor room.  If you need power, please let me know in advance so i can section you near an outlet.  No lasers, hot irons, or other flame producing machines are allowed indoors along with generators.  If you plan to bring those types of machines or items, an outdoor booth is best for you.

 

Please make sure you are properly licensed to conduct business and have your license and paperwork readily available at your booth incase of the event of an inspection.
